Since 1951, Foster's Downeast Clambake has been perfecting the art of the lobsterbake / clambake. We cook fresh local ingredients over a roaring wood fire to deliver a delicious seafood feast to your guests. Our bakes start with our award-winning chowder and include succulent Maine Lobster, freshly-dug Maine Clams and Mussels, Drawn Butter, a Sweet Onion, Red Bliss Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, a Roll, and Maine Blueberry Crumb Cake for dessert. The bake may be catered at the location of your choice. Alternately you can plan the event at our large, year-round Pavilion in York Harbor. Our lovely pond area will be the perfect backdrop for your outdoor wedding, minutes from the beach, lighthouse and other scenic photo backdrops.
