Interesting Vegan Restaurant. Susty's staff are warm and friendly. The times I've been there they seem to be very committed to serving good food that supports a radical vegan diet. You might think that means boring, but you'd be very wrong!!! They serve a panini sandwich with tofu, avocado and vegetables on fantastic bread. Susty's makes delicious tofu salad - really delicious even for a meat eater! However, the best and most astounding thing is the Chocolate Pie. It's worth a long drive for a taste of the creamiest (tofu again but you absolutely cannot tell) chocolatiest dessert. I'm a fan of good food that contains all sorts of animal products such as cream and butter, etc. so please believe me this pie is GREAT. Go right now and have some, you'll be happy....
