It sounds like this place has had some issues in the past. But it is my experience that it has majorly improved, because I didn't think there was anything dirty about it and I am very satisfied with my gel manicure. I do know that it is under new management in the past few weeks, so maybe that's why I am having a hard time understanding the vitriolic reviews. I can't say my experience was anything like that here...my friend and I had an incredible time and were happy with our nails.

I love Exotic Nails ! I almost didnt go because of these bad reviews, but i tried and my experience was very well. I got the shellac and pedicure, because they had a coupon special. I WILL return Soon.

Don't Do It.... This place has got to be the DIRTIEST place on the face of this earth I have ever been too. They reviews are all true. They don't clean the water in the pedicure tub, it's filthy. I don't know how anyone could have issued them a state license to operate. They had to have bought the license on the black market somewhere. They don't speaka the english except when it's time to pay. The entire place and people working in there are CONS, literally. They are most likely convicts who escaped from Vietnam.

ATROCIOUS, HORRENDOUS SHUT EM DOWN STATE BOARD!. NAIL FUNGAL INFECTIONS ARE A GIVEN BECAUSE NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS STERILIZED, I WATCHED AND SAW WHAT THEY DID FIRST HAND. I ALSO LEARNED VIETNAMESE AND WHAT THEY CALLED EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER WAS HORRENDOUS. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. HOW DARE THE STATE BOARD ALLOW THESE ANIMALS TO BE IN BUSINESS. THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY. THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH, RIGHT THERE. DON'T FALL FOR THE GOOD REVIEWS, IT'S MOST LIKELY THEM. DON'T FALL FOR THE COUPONS, THEY END UP CHARGING YOU DOUBLE. IF YOU NEED TO FIND OUT THE HARD WAY, GO RIGHT AHEAD. UNREAL.
