Best place to eat when its cold out!. This place is cursed by being one of the best restaurants during the winter. The ambiance and the food are so perfect for a romantic winter date. The lobster Mac and Cheese is awesome. I am sure it is great in the summer but it is incredible in the winter.

Amazing, incredibly fresh. The food and service at Victory was amazing. They also have a wonderful drink menu. You'll find an inventive menu with top-notch (and organic!) ingredients. This is one of Portsmouth's bests. Definitely make reservations. Great atmosphere too!
