Based in Durango, Colo., this chocolatier has been packaging sweetness since 1981. Over 300 candies and confectionery products, like the famous "Bear"--a paw-sized concoction of chewy caramel, roasted nuts and heavy chocolate--have made the Crail family business an international success.
