Best place in Portsmouth for re-sale clothing. Second Time Around continues to be a great place to shop resale. I have tried many stores - but this one is still one of the best. Beware stores that buy outright - I was offered $22.00 for 3 items that originally totaled $450.00. Also good finds can be found at The Find in York for people that live in Maine.

2TA a real gem!. Second Time Around is a fantastic find. They recently moved from a small store to a much better local up the street on Congress near Market Square in Portsmouth. Regardless of their location the shop is a must if you like upscale clothing at great value. I am in the shop at least once a week and rarely ever leave without purchasing something fantastic. 2TA really understand how to move their merchandise by offering additional discounts. The manager, Angela, will make your experience there more fun and she really understands how to buy clothing -- she is brand concious and buys high quality, designer labels.
