Second Time Around is a fantastic find. They recently moved from a small store to a much better local up the street on Congress near Market Square in Portsmouth. Regardless of their location the shop is a must if you like upscale clothing at great value. I am in the shop at least once a week and rarely ever leave without purchasing something fantastic. 2TA really understand how to move their merchandise by offering additional discounts. The manager, Angela, will make your experience there more fun and she really understands how to buy clothing -- she is brand concious and buys high quality, designer labels.
Pros: Fantastic designer clothing at great values!
Cons: Parking isn't always easy but the shop is well worth a bit of a walk.
