Tips for Rite Aid

Pharmacy staff. When I moved from Concord NH to Durham NH I expected the same fine service that I had received in Concord. What a disappointment! Many small things have rubbed me the wrong way, but yesterday's experience was way over the top. One more time, one of my prescriptions that I had called in to have renewed was missing in my order which means another trip there today. The staff person (who said she is from Pittsfield) was very disrespectful addressing me (a senior citizen) as sweetheart and other inappropriate words even though she had my name right in front of her! I complained about it to her and explained to her that this is condescending. She offerred excuses with NO apology. She lacks people skills! If she worked for me, I'd fire her. I will probably change pharmacies - and my prescriptions amount to over $8,000 per year! So they will lose a lot.
