Flatbread CO. has a great environment, fabulous pizza, and the best brownie sundae I have ever had. The menu is not extensive. There is one salad, (which is terrific) a handful of Pizzas (that are unique) and two dessert options (both yummy) but they have lots of great micro brews and good wine. Though the menu is pizza don’t expect the pies to be cheap. Keep in mind that the ingredients are bought from smaller farms, often organic, and whenever possible local. Consider the higher price you pay as you doing your part to support local agriculture…one could argue that it is delicious charity ;)

Pros: Fabulous food & lots of great micro brews

Cons: Food menu is not very extensive, so good there can be a wait

If you've never been, you should at least try Flatbread once. All the pizza's are cooked in an open oven in the middle of the restaurant. All the pizza dough is made from whole grain flour. All the other ingredients are natural or organic. I love the atomosphere, a renovated brick mill building, so all the walls are brick with very high ceiling. It's very casual and kid friendly. The tables all have placemats that kids can draw or color on and the menu covers are the kids artwork - very cool! Very pleasant and friedly waitstaff provide excellent service. Not your typical pizza place, but the pizza's are excellent!

Pros: Healthier Pizza

Cons: For greasy pizza lovers, this might not be your first choice
