Casual New England fare meets spectacular waterfront views.. You won't be wanting for prime views at this Portsmouth restaurant, who couldn't be any closer to the water without tumbling onto a houseboat. The menu looms with choice, from a basketful of fried scallops to a Cuban rib-eye steak, and a stellar Sunday brunch lineup is piled high with eggs benedicts, scrambles and fine specimens of hair-of-the-dog.
