Great food. Had a pleasant overall experience. Food was terrific! My wife just absolutely loved the bread. We had to drive about 45 minutes to the mall & stopped here along the way. Next time we may drive there just to get panera bread, it was THAT GOOD!!!

Decent food, bad politics. the food here is good, and the staff is friendly, but you can tell the management is not the best. when i go in theres always plenty of managers, but not many employees. and the ones that are there are friendly, but seem stressed and distracted. and want lunch? forget it. its not even worth the thought. the foods delicious, but do just for that.

Over Charged $100 by Ignorant Worker. I went to get lunch here yesterday and instead of 17.62 charged on my visa i was charged $117.62. He said it didnt go through, and it would not affect my account. He then charged me $17.62 for the meal. I checked my account when I got home and guess what??!!! i was charged for both, my bank account is now negative, its new years eve and i dont have one dollar to my name. i called the manager where he said he would call me back, full day goes by and i dont hear from anyone. So I call, the rudest manager I have ever spoken to gets on the phone and says theres nothing she can do, but they spoke to the cashier , thats it. My bank says they processed the void charge late, and it could be several days until the money comes back to me for their mistake. so now i have bills that will bounce and i will get late charges for them and no money or food as i was suppose to for new years eve. I will never go back here again, and if you do dont use a credit card, you dont even get to see or approve the charge before the ignorant people who work there approve it them selves. DONT GO HERE AND USE A CREDIT CARD!!! or expect any "manager" (thats a joke) help you.
