Salesmen need better people skills.
by Isis
We just purchased a used car at Portsmouth used car center in Portsmouth, N.H.
Everything started out well. We were excited about our new purchase and eager to pick up our car.
The salesman, up to this point, was very accomodating and friendly. Just then as we were admiring our new car, little dents and scratches were notice at several points on the car. My wife pointed them out and asked what could be done about them, and all "Hell " broke loose!
The salesman, who up to this point , was a perfect "Dr. Jeckal", immeditaely turned into "Mr. Hyde". His attitude and demeanor were unprofessional and embarassing.
I love my new car, but be careful about causing any waves because these people, at this car center are seriously lacking good "people skills". BEWARE!
