Horrible Service ... took 2 months .... OVERCHARGED. The service here is HORRIBLE. they took 2 months to fix my computer. had to call them 3 times. they never ordered the correct part until I had to remind them. they charged me $40 for a "bench test" when I TOLD THEM WHAT EXACTLY WAS WRONG WITH IT. I already went to BEST BUY to find out what exactly was wrong with it. I would have been better of having BEST BUY fix it. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT $80 Cheaper and A lot quicker

I still think my computer would still be there if I didn't drop in. It was fixed for 10 days and THEY FORGOT TO CALL ME TO PICK IT UP.

I have always tried to support local businesses.

The NEW OWNERSHIP needs to learn customer service!!!! The front desk guy seems sluggish and uninterested in ACTUALLY WORKING...
