(it was probably my fault for ordering medium rare when i meant medium and not knowing the difference. this faux pas of mine was never mentioned by our server.) yukon gold mashed potatoes would seem basic but these were anything but and green beans were firm and delicious with lemon. i was brimming with joy from such a good meal that i had no need for dessert. the only criticism i had would be about the limited wine list. while many were affordable, which was nice, there are much better wines out there for the money.
Amazing Food, Great Service. My wife and I have been to The Wellington Room three or four times. Each experience has been amazing. You can tell when a restaurant has a great chef. Each bite doesn't taste good, it explodes in your mouth with many different flavors. The Wellington Room is that kind of restaurant. It isn't cheap ($$$), but it is a always wonderful.
