Do not recommed

We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and this place is actually very nice and they do a nice job with the set up. I would however not recommend it if you are expecting to do deal with good business people. I found the owners to be overly punitive (for example: 1) They withheld a $100 down payment from my in-laws because one of the groomsmen unknowingly brought a six pack of beer with him, the in-laws had no idea this went on until they lost their deposit and 2) They also took away an open beer from my dad because he ordered it a few minutes after the open bar ceased and they made him go to the parking lot to get his wallet to pay for a $4 beer....FYI, I put down for over $1,500 of open bar, apparently they can't spot my dad one $4 beer). I found this lack of business sense on their part to be rather unsettling and really unpleasant to deal with. Overall, the place is nice but if you are expecting to have a rather stress-free wedding I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful place to have a wedding

I disagree with the last review. I had my wedding there and I know the facility can only hold up to 180 with dancing inside so if the last review had 200 she may have been some where else.. The bride and groom pay $50.00 per hour for additional bartenders one is included. As to acholic beverages spilt on a women and he baby ..... there staff doesn't provide table service of bar items so that may have been a guest delivering drinks .... As to the bathrooms us the plungers that's in every stall I saw them when I was there. The facility is extremely clean and the food is home made... I hate it when facilities get reviews they don't deserve... I had a great time and they made my function fantasic Thank you Susan and your staff for everything

This place is NOT worth it!!

I recently attended a wedding here, and this place disappointed me tremendously.
There was seemingly no one in charge of the event, and they were grossly understaffed.
The few staff that they had on hand were not helpful at all, and were very unprofessional.
Alcohlic drinks were spilled and on a pregnant woman and her infant, as well as dishes broken at that same table.
They did not replace drinks or the woman's plate.
There was one bartender on duty for almost 200 people, so some people waited in the drink line for over an hour.
The only available restroom for women was located in a main hallway and only had two toilets, both of which overflowed during the wedding I was at.
The food was average at best and extremely overpriced. Powdered mashed potatoes were served from a tiny scooper and there was no butter or gravy offered for them. 'Vegetables' consisted of 3 baby carrots and one piece of broccoli.
If you are considering having a function here, please take my advice and don't bother!!
