Is he still in practice?

I am one of 3 in my family who has been examined/improperly diagnosed, improperly treated by this man.
He is indignant if you have any medical opinion or knowledge (I'm also an RN) that is offered in his presence. Clearly has a God complex.
He is also the Vice President of Wentworth Douglass Hospital. Obviously the Board of Directors do not hold themselves to high standard of care.
With this kind of medical practice behind closed doors, do we question why the front office is in such unprofessional disarray? No one takes any responsibility, everyone blames the other, even the doctors!! It's a poorly run circus. Run in another direction! He doesn't deserve the one star.
- Pros: None
- Cons: Indignant, God-Complex, Unprofessional
I have no clue why he practices medicine

We brought my stepson to Dr Cass. The appointment was rescheduled from their end 3 times in 4 days, once by prerecorded message giving an inaccurate time. The staff passed the buck to someone absent, also stating they don't use prerecorded messages.
The doctor himself refused to incorporate new information into his assessment, and kept trying to push a course of treatment that would allow him to prescribe a medication for which he was displaying many promotional materials. My wife and I have some knowledge about several aspects of the possible diagnoses, and were clearly informed enough to have a dialogue. However, the more we tried to offer a different view of things, the more visibly annoyed the doctor got. He did not accept our advocating for the boys best interest; he seemed to want to be deferred to totally. At one point he even googled an answer to a question we had, and assumed a condescending attitude.
We will take the boy elsewhere.
- Pros: Not a one (1 star because, stupidly, none is not allowed)
- Cons: Unprofessional staff, uninformed, condescending doctor
staff improvement BADLY needed

i have dealt with a succession of doctors there - you never really know when one is leaving or moving on to a new area so my experience if you do't get a consistent rapport with a professional. Also, it is SO hard to get an appointment or medication refill. You call, leave a message on voice mail rather than speak to a person and PRAY they might call you back - leave yourself a week or two to try to get in touch.
- Pros: visits usually are on time
- Cons: disorganized staff, poor communication
