Just wanted to update the review I read. Ron's Landing was indeed started by Ron, but he no longer owns it--his brother Bob B. does. The food is still as excellent as ever, as many of my customers have informed me. As for the service...fantastic! I may be a bit biased though...I'm a server there. Also wanted to correct the warning on the review that the place may close. NOT TRUE! Ron has opened a cooking school in town, but the restaurant has and will stay open year round for what I'm thinking, will be quite a while. Stop in and experience the best dining on the beach for yourself!
Ron's Landing, owned and operated by Ron - a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America - is truly a absolute jewel! The food is excellent and the service is as you would expect in such an establishment.
His menu is varied and truly outstanding! The escargot is exceptional and every time I dine here, I find it impossible to get beyond the lobster ravioli and asparagus with a lobster pate in the middle.
Presentation of the food is excellent. The wine list is varied and from exceptional winerys. The desserts are wonderfully prepared and are the piece de resistance to a fantastic meal.
On top of all of this, his location is perfect - right on the Beach!
Warning! - Ron's may close next year - he wants to start a school - and Reservations are a must!
