Good food, terrible service... Not worth the headache.
My husband and I love the food at China Palace, we eat in and out and I have placed large orders for my company. The home delivery is fast and courteous. Unfortunately the service (except for the delivery) is terrible. We very rarely receive what we order and we have to argue with the server to get it fixed. They often blame us for saying it incorrectly. We stopped ordering over the phone for ourselves and for our company when Mike began taking the phone orders. He has hung up on me several times when I call to correct an order or to dispute charges. In addition, he does not know the menu and will create dishes with substitutions which result in us being grossly over changed.
Unfortunately I have become so frustrated with the poor service, I will not be returning to China Palace until they train their staff appropriately.

Really great place!. Lovely food, wicked nice staff, great, and all for a decent price!
