This customer brought his car on 9/30/10 for a state inspection. It failed for an unsafe tire and a bulb. On 11/18/10 he showed up with no appointment expecting to have his car reinspected. I explained to him that we were very busy and didn't know that we would get to his car but he could leave it and I would see what we could do. Because of our heavy work load it doesn't get done.I tell him to make and appointment he picks up his car a couple of hours and leaves.
The next day around 11:30 he did the same thing this time asking that his car be done in an hour. I again show him a yard full of cars that belong to customers who had made appointments and expect them to be worked on and finished that day.
He argues that his reinspection will only take a few minutes and demands to be taken care of before my other customers. I told him it wasn't going to happen and again he needs to make an appointment. More arguing by him and how he had already paid for his SI. At that point I told him that I would reinspect his car for free even though if he read his reciept it is stated clearly that there is a reinspection fee after 14 days and why did he think that I should put him in front of other customers who had made appointments when the only time I see him is for SI and oil changes and that he never even gives me a shot at his other work.I will admit that I was short with him the second time he came to my buisness, He was demanding and rude. And showed no respect for the situation I was in. He saw all the work that had to be done before one of my mechanics could even think about working on his car. It was all about him and quite frankly I let him know it.
I have been in business for almost 32 years and will stand by my reputation for providing top quality workmanship and customer service. My customers who have been coming to us for thier car repair needs for years and my many new customers know that we are here to do what we have always done, place them first and provide the quality service they expect and deserve.
If you don't know who to believe ask your family and friends and neighbors some of them are probably customers here.
Owner Rochester Radiator
Extremely poor customer service-beware. Please don't go to this business. After waiting three days for my car to be reinspected, this owner went into a rage complaining about the fact that I didn't give him my expensive car repairs and that he was going to make me wait. This is the worse example of poor customer service I have received. This individual believes only people who spends a lot of money in his shop deserves service. Beware of this company.
