For a store that carries such beautiful designer dresses, their attitudes really cheapen the experience. The entire time I was there my consultant badmouthed other stores. Give it a rest! I was not there to hear about their latest arguement with their competitors. I bought my dress somewhere that wasn't so overly dramatic.

My experience with Madeleine's Daughter was outstanding! Heather was so professional and really listened to me and what my vision was for a dress. The first time I went was mid-week and I was the 1st appointment of the day, and my mom, sister and I were led to a private room with pedestal and mirrors, even a private bathroom! I thought maybe it would be busier and less personal the second time I went which was on a Saturday but I still felt special and Heather did not act like I was taking too much of her time. The selection here is broad enough for anyone to find something they love.

Do not have Natalie help you! She was rude and acted like we were wasting her time. She completely ruined what is supposed to be an exciting and special time in a girl's life. I can not speak for the other consultants but it does reflect on the kind of people they hire. I will never go back there again and I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Just got married and can't say enough good stuff about my experience. staff is friendy and very informative and professional. Place is spacious and beautiful everyone is helpful and my seamstree, Denise was amazing.

I shopped 3 different stores and found this store to have the best selection and very nice staff. very busy yet I still got excellent service and felt like I was an important customer.
