I recently moved up from the North Shore in Massachusetts. We had a great petstore where I lived and since I am a fish enthusiest I wanted to find a nice store to do my business in up in NH. Well I called 411 and got the number to Tri City Aquarium in Somersworth, NH because a former store on Rt. 1 told me about them due to an employee that shopped there before. Well, I called Tri City and was so impressed with their phone service that they weekend that we were going to drive up to NH to close on the house we swung in to see what it was about. The woman that waited on me was so nice and cheery , she was so pleasant to deal with. I wanted to special order a fish but she referred me to their manager who was a nice young lady who was so knowledgable. It was refreshing to find someone with true fish knowledge.I was also impressed with their special order policy and the manager took extra time with me. That is something that you do not find very often. That is why I am compelled to write this review because I was so struck by the store that I recommend Tri City Aquarium to anyone who will listen and they have a new customer from Saugus, MA. Thank you!
Pros: Had all the supplies that I needed, knowledgable, friendly, could special order products and fish

Ok, first there staff is A+, they always make you feel soooo welcome and they are friendly. It doesn't matter who you are speaking to , everyone is great. Also they have quality fish and products. IF they do not have it , talk to their manager who is a great girl, and will do anything for you. You just gotta ask. I will never go to another pet store ever and I tell all my friends.
Pros: Great staff, friendly service, great selection. They take great care of there animals
Cons: Well it use to be cluttered but they just got all new racks and cases. A+
